Well, we knew this game was coming, and just as we expected, OPEN is undefeated this year. Raceland comes into the game off of a big win over, rival, Russell. But, make no mistake about it, Raceland will have to play above their ability to have any chance of winning this game.

 

OPEN, has a strong defense not allowing a single point this year, and they have played some very strong competition from around the state. That is one thing you have to give OPEN, they will literally play anyone and everyone.

 

I don't know much about OPEN's offense, but to be undefeated, they must be pretty good.

 

With the playoffs already set, this game doesn't mean much, but I would love to see Raceland hang with OPEN and maybe even beat them. What are your thoughts?

Odds makers are having a hard time calling this one.

 

Speaking from experience, at the beginning of the season LCA just managed to make it by them.

I also want to address one point: we want to keep this thread clean, I have heard some refer to OPEN as "Idle", or "bye week". We don't want any name calling in this thread.

As a self imposed rule I never place a prediction on Raceland games, that has been my policy since I became a member. I am sayimg now that for this one game i am breaking that. I picked Raceland:taz:.

Looking at OPEN's schedule they are very tough but I say thev Rams will step it up and win 6-0. Open will have to travel to Ram stadium and that will push us past them. JMO of course.
