Boyle County 42 Lexington Catholic 10

This is what happened and how the Knights got their only TD in the game.

Absolutely. Otherwise, the Knights don't score.

That's what I figured.:thumb:
WOW... another week another person not happy. Guess Catholic subbed and still beat Lexington Christian the previous game 62-0?

(in my Chris Carter voice) C'mon Man!

Yea all the scores in the 4th against LCA were by freshman, and the last was by by freshman who had never been on the field in a varsity game. He broke 4 or 5 tackles on a dive play straight up the middle and took it 65 yard for the TD. They were not even JV kids, Freshmen. And as far as being "not happy" I was just out on a friday night watching a football game with one of the best high school teams in the state playing, I didn't even have a kid on the field, so beleive me I didn't lose any sleep>

I understand it and thought you presented it nicely. (Unlike the Lafayette fan last week) I watched the game on the internet. From my vantage point, French was upset by the number of penalties Boyle was suddenly hit with in the 2nd half, (the unsportsmanlike on Cook was ludicruous) and he wanted to make statement. The other thought was that Lex Cath kept rolling with their starting QB and company vs a predominately 2nd string Boyle Defense.

Hatz, if you wouldn't mind, could you possibly PM me the website that you watched the game on?

I don't care whose feelings it hurts. Keep the starters in until there is a running clock. Be glad I am not the coach because I would run the score up on all of you who can't stop us. In the words of a wise young man.....'get on our level'.

Would C.C. be the intials? :thumb:

Hatz we will have to agree to disagree on this one.

But I hope most people don't think the same way PurplePride92 thinks, there is something called SPORTSMANSHIP. I would hate to see the coaches in other sports at Catholic think like PurplePride92, how would it be if in boys basketball, the coach kept his starters in late in the 4th, and continued to press and run up the score just because Boyle wasn't...."on our Level" or the baseball coach continued to steal and play his starters in the late innings because Boyle needed to..."get on our level". Its a good thing they don't think that way, cause coaches do talk to each other and "payback is b*tch"

“our job to score, their job to stop us"
