LF is the biggest weak spot in the Reds lineup IMO. Who does everyone see starting there next season?

Come on! I just got a horrible flashback of years past when we used to start a thread about every position the Reds needed improvement on. The only difference was we started it at the end of July when they were out of the race. This is just bad for business UKMF.

Remember, I don't believe in that kinda stuff. Luck, superstition, karma, etc., they don't exist. :D

Juan Francisco. I know, I know, I've heard he can't play LF, but that's still who I'm going with. :D

We have all winter to figure that out, no since rushing things.

As soon as I created the submitted the poll, I realized I'd left him (and Alonso) off.

Well that is an easy one... Adam Dunn.

If they could bring him back for 10 million a year for a couple years, I'd be all for it. He can't be any worse defensively than Gomes, and you know exactly the type of production you're going to get.

I'm going with Jayson Werth.

I'm going with Jayson Werth.

At what cost per year?

I would love for them to go after Crawford with the money they'll be saving from cutting Harang (and possibly Arroyo) loose, but I don't see them being able to compete with a team like the Yankees for him.

I'd go around 8....

That's about what he makes now. I'm guessing he'll be looking for a raise.

The Reds are 12th out of 16 NL teams in attendance. It will be interesting to see how the money gets spent next season.

Who I want to see? Carl Crawford. Who I think we'll see? Heisey.

I would love for them to get a big bat thru free agency, but I would guess you will see Heisey.

With all the young talent, I don't see the Reds going after any high-priced free agents. They'll be using the Harang money and the Coco money for next year to shore up Votto and others. What I'm most interested to see is what they do with guys like Arroyo & Hernandez.

That said, I voted for Heisey.
