August 24, 201016 yr NL CY Young - JJ NL MVP - Howard (Though Votto or Pujols could take this) AL CY Young - I think this is a lot more wide open. Cliff Lee, David Price, Jon Lester, and CC have all pitched well. I think ultimately CC gets it. AL MVP - Miggy My AL stays the same with CC strengthening up his position as well. Hamilton could get the MVP but in the end I still think Miggy gets it. I think Wainwright is now the favorite for NL Cy Young. The NL MVP is now clearly between Pujols and Votto. I'm gonna lean towards Pujols ultimately taking it.

August 24, 201016 yr I think Clay Buchholz has to be among the front-runners for AL Cy Young winners as well. He's leading the league with a 2.26 ERA. The next closest pitcher is at 2.51. He is also 15-5. I don't necessarily think he should be the leader but he should be getting mentioned more than he has. The pitching of him an Lester have kept the Red Sox afloat with all the injuries they have. Since they are in the AL East and still 5.5 games out they have been a little under the radar but the Sox are still 19 games over .500--even with all the injuries.
