July 27, 201016 yr Who you got as of right now? In the AL, I'm going with David Price and Miguel Cabrera. In the NL, I'm leaning towards Josh Johnson and Ryan Howard.
July 27, 201016 yr Still a lot of time for people to make their move on those trophies, especially players on teams that will make the playoffs. If CC keeps racking up wins, he will have a shot and maybe Robbie Cano for MVP. I do agree that Miggy is way ahead right now.

Josh Hamilton, Carl Crawford, and Robinson Cano. Adam Wainwright, Roy Halladay, and Ubaldo Jimenez. Ryan Howard and Albert Pujols. NL MVP is just a three way race at this moment. Not really anyone even close. All the other races are very tight with several candidates worthy of winning.
July 28, 201016 yr Howard's #s are better, and he's been more under the radar than Pujols. They are not that much better. But, that is why I said, "...if he happens to catch fire." We all know how Albert can catch fire.
July 29, 201016 yr At this point the NL MVP has to be Joey Votto. Not many expected the Reds to compete and Votto is leading the league in batting average, HR and is tied for second in RBIs and second in runs.
