Feared for my life. :lol: My buddy thought it was a good idea to stop in the middle of the night on some rando street in Detroit, we were lost mind you, and walk down a dark alley to go the bathroom....I really thought I was going to be shot, mugged, or worse. :lol:
June 16, 201016 yr Detroit is the only city in the country where I would be more nervous than Covington. Those two are vastly different in size of population. Covington in the day-ok-at night forget it. I lived in Covington for five years; I think you're grossly overestimating how dangerous Covington is. There are places in Eastern Kentucky where I'd be far more scared to venture than any place in Covington.

June 16, 201016 yr That Bank, which I have frequented has a door security system whereby the tellers have to let in folks. I guess unless another customer came out and then the suspect went in. I feel much safer in Cincinnati-even in the worst parts than I do in Covington. Sorry to hurt folks feelings. Not hurting anyone's feeling, but I was curious if you would feel safer in the area of OTR where a t shirt vendor was shot last night several times in the chest for no reason at all.? Just curious.

Just curious. Probably not if I was that t shirt vendor. Obviously I am speaking in generalities. Neither OTR or Covington is great. Probably why in Greater Cincinnati folks flee to the suburbs.

If you are afraid of Covington I would hate to see you in Chicago, New York, or LA. All those places are areas that make Covington look like Disney World.

About a week ago I was dropping a friend off after a Reds game in Covington about 11:30 and I'm not going to lie, I thought it was pretty shady after dark.
