Heard Jay Cobb was to be announced this week. Anyone else hearing similar? What about him already having taken a job this spring and now leaving before he coached a game?

From what I understand he has backed out of the Knott Central job and will be taking the Campbellsville job.

I hear the same at work. I bet the Knott Co people are outraged. I bet he cant get picked up hitchhiking in Knott Co. Who will they hire now?

Who was the head coach at Campbellsville and where did he go? I did not realize the job was even open?

Jason Chappell. He was there for one year. I believe he originally coached at Perry County Central. If I'm not mistaken, he left to be an assistant at either Middlesboro or Bell County.

For Campbellsville's sake, let's hope no other job is still open in Kentucky. They could be looking for a new coach in July or August.

Chappell took the OC job at Middlesboro under Randy Frazier, the new HC that went to M'boro after being an assistant at Bell.
