May 28, 201016 yr I got you stpat...I have filled out about 30 ballots so far at the ballpark. Not that that is a lot, but its probably more than most.
May 28, 201016 yr I just have no respect for bandwagon fans. Never have, never will. So, because I am not a Reds fan, you automatically categorize me as a bandwagon fan? Interesting.
May 28, 201016 yr Author I got you stpat...I have filled out about 30 ballots so far at the ballpark. Not that that is a lot, but its probably more than most. Just filled out 5 ballots. :thumb: I have probably filled out around 20. I fill out a couple a day. I always make sure I vote for Votto and Rolen. Sometimes I throw in Gomes and Phillips just for the heck of it. But I am glad you all fill them out. Make the Reds look respectable. I can't wait to get down to the ballpark some more. I've only been able to make it to two games so far and that is when I was in school up at Northern.

May 28, 201016 yr You never said who you were a fan of just kind of blew that off.. Sure seemed like it was inferred that way in your post. Besides, the Reds are in first. Shouldn't a "bandwagon" fan from this area be claiming themselves a Reds fan? Just an idea...
May 28, 201016 yr For goodness sake, Berkman is ahead of Votto in the voting. As of right now five of the eight starters are Phillies. And their catcher is only a few votes back from Molina of the Cardinals so it could by six of the eight fielders could be Phillies. As of right now all of the starters are Cardinals and Phillies except for Braun. If that is the way you want it then go ahead and don't vote and don't support your team. Joey Votto is the best first baseman in the NL statistically if you take everything into considersation so far so is he really not deserving not to receive your vote especially when he is a member of the Reds. There are only three first basemen ahead of him statistically and they are Morneau, Cabrera, and Youkilis. That's the way I want it!
May 31, 201016 yr ... Hey I'm a fair guy. I did vote for Brandon Phillips and Jay Bruce! :thumb:
June 2, 201016 yr I voted for Rolen. He's the only Reds starter I see as deserving at this point. This has really been a team effort so far this season with everyone contributing. While that has been great for the won/loss record it doesn't lend itself to individual recognition. But I'd rather see the team winning than with a bunch off all-stars. I'd say the Phillies would trade having a bunch in the starting all-star lineup if they could start hitting again.

June 2, 201016 yr Reds All Stars should include: Votto Leake Rolen Potentially: Gomes Rhodes I'd say Rolen should probably be starting as of now.
