Even if the guy wants the baby the woman can still have the baby aborted. Letting sex offenders out of jail. It is a know fact there is no cure for this and chances for repeat offending is always there.

If you don't want to get an education and prepare yourself for the work world, so be it cause the government will take care of you. If you want to cheat and steal and break the law, that is okay probably some technicality you can get off on.

Some get away with it but I don't think it's exclusive to the United States.

I just see greed and materialism as a world wide problem and didn't mean to imply anyone get a free pass for either.

There were a lot of rich, blessed people who were strong believers in God that were extremely rich. Job lost all of his riches in his turmoils and God blessed him for staying true to his faith by giving him more riches than he had before. I am thinking it was doublefold.
