I second Sandman. Ohio teams have to win to gain any Harbin points and they look at KY teams as Harbin Cows.

 

The only reason any Ohio team ever agrees to play any KY team is because they think they will beat them thus improving their playoff chances.

 

Furthermore on the matchups, this is all about money so if you think why or why not on a matchup think money and it should make more sense.

Yes, ideally the Ohio team wants the KY team to go 9 and 1 with the Ohio team being their only loss.
