Any tax is wealth redistribution so any true tax cut lessens wealth redistribution for the persons who receive a tax cut. They get to keep more of their own money. However, politicians often refer to a tax credit as a tax cut and a tax credit can be wealth redistribution since with a tax credit it's possible to receive more than you paid into the system.

I have taken to notice your longing for utopia in this country. Your endless cheerleading for the President and his policies makes me wonder if the Government issued your pom-poms to you or did you purchase them yourself ? If the Government gave you the pom-poms that would be considered redistribution. If you purchased them with your own money, that would NOT be considered redistrution.
