March 6, 201016 yr 88 rules!!!!:dancingpa I admit I don't watch nascar to often. However when qualifying for the pole, isn't there usually only that car on the track? Give some of us some practice on here and a fast car, and we might be able to do that. The real driving comes when there is 43 other cars on the track. He had the best possible cars he could have had last year and he still didn't do well. While the other people on his team in Johnson, Martin, and Gordon all finished in the top 5 with the same equipment. So I think its safe for people to actually question how good of nascar driver he is.

March 6, 201016 yr Good start to the weekend for Junior. He needs a strong top 10 and no pit problems this weekend.
March 7, 201016 yr Author Just an average driver but wow JR keeps moving up how u like that haters!!!!
March 8, 201016 yr Just an average driver but wow JR keeps moving up how u like that haters!!!! I am sorry to tell you, but the haters as you like to call them. Have a lot more to back their statements up, than you do. Don't you think you are supporting what other people are saying, by getting excited because he moved up to 13th? 13th wouldn't even get him in the chase. So thats not much to get excited about. Can he move up some more, however he very easily could move down to by the end of the year.
March 8, 201016 yr Just an average driver but wow JR keeps moving up how u like that haters!!!! I'm a Jr. fan but please tell me.. What has JR ever done that makes him anything more than an average drive?
March 8, 201016 yr I too am a JR fan, but I myself am starting to wonder just how good he really is. He started on the pole yesterday, had the fastest car in the field, and managed to lead as many laps as I did yesterday....ZERO! I don't know what his problem is, but as someone stated earlier, he is on the best team with the best equipment and is 13th in points. If he was as good as I thought and and half as good as everyone thinks he is. He should be able to muster more than one win in his last 100 and sum races. Just sayin....:idunno:

JR will be in the top 10 after Bristol!!!!:taz:

Then 48, 24, 5, 9, 14, must all be very lucky then because they always seem to be running up front. 88 on the other hand always seems to be in the back. I'm not saying it is always his fault but one way or the other, wreck, blown motor, loose wheels, broken axle, speeding down pit lane, or missing his pit box he always seems to be slipping back. Yesterday just drove the point home because he started on the pole fell back and never came close again.

March 8, 201016 yr He finished 15th. Big deal. I mean he had the pole and still didnt get in top 10. he is my favorite but I know he cant drive. He needs to get rid of the beard too.

But he does win the annual most popular driver award...
