March 12, 201016 yr Have any of u ever raced before? I used to race motorcross 90% of it is luck JR is doing nothing but moving up in points every weekend top 13 is above average out 40 plus cars. JR will be in the top 10 after Bristol!!!!:taz: :ohbrother:Let me guess, you never won because you weren't lucky. Dude, I have raced harescrambles and GNCC and been to more motorcross races then I care to mention and luck has little to do with it. The only luck that is involved is your bike not breaking down. Other then that it's talent, determination, and preparation. What's lucky about being faster then everyone else on the track? JR is a top 20 driver and that is it. How many races has he won since going to Hendrick? How many races have the other 3 drivers won? JR is out of excuses. He is just isn't the top tier driver some make him out to be.

I said I used to race motorcross not GNCC or harescrambles in motorcross whoever gets the wholeshot usually wins!! Being a top 20 driver is a good thing!!!!!:ylsuper:

Being a top 20 driver is a good thing!!!!!:ylsuper: The wholeshot is way more important in GNCC and harescrambles then motorcross. There are way less opportunities to pass so the slower riders can really hold you up. The wholeshot is important in motorcross but if you don't get it and are one of the fastest on the track you can easily over come a bad start. For you to say luck in 90% of racing is just plain silly.
