Looks like we may have a situation of Trinity not being able to solve the Bruins. Of course, I've told you guys that Ballard is a team of destiny. Once every 11 years, they win the title. '77, '88, '99, and.....

Thats true destiny for sure. If not this year soon. Nice win for Ballard. Congrats to both teams.

Wasn't there but heard it was a war and went down to last minute of game.

WOuldn't be shocked if these two don't meet again in a week or so!

There all wars in the 7th!

Jtown beats Eastern, Ballard over Trinity, Male over Manual.

ptb is right, the first round of the region will have some ridiculously good teams going at it!

I think Ballard will win the State Title.

Now that's going out on a limb.

Was wanting to see the outcome of this game. We have played both teams and have the highest respect for both of them. Best of luck in the regionals. :thumb:

Not sure why we need 2 sets of stats.

Not sure why we need 2 sets of stats.

Now we have three...

Saxton is brother of twins. His dad is freshman coach and arrived at Trinity when the twins did.

Ballard needs to figure out how to attack Trinity's zone consistently to assure temselves a victory over T next time(I think there will be a next time)

I have no game stats,sorry!

Thanks, I figured as much. The twins had a younger redheaded fellow with them Thursday evening along with their parents at Georgetown's senior night and I thought that may have been the Saxton in the box score.
