Cincinnati Beerfest on Fountain Square this coming Friday and Saturday. Over 300 craft beers.

Wish I was going to be around for it. Heading out of town.

This put on by the same people that run the one in February at the Duke Convention Center?

I'm not sure if it is or not. I've never been to that one. Here's the website...Cincy Beerfest

We are taking a little road trip to Cornelius, North Carolina this weekend and while there we are probably going to a couple of breweries. Anyone randomly been to, or had any beer from any of the following?

Butt Clown Brewery (replace Butt with a three letter word)

D 9 Brewery

Bayne Brewery

Primal Brewery

I saw this on the website for the Cincinnati Beerfest. The headlining musical act for Saturday night feature Cov Cath grads:

The Borderline Something

7:30-11:00PM

The Borderline Something is a full-tilt rock n’ roll band featuring Ryan Snyder on lead guitar, Eric Torres on bass and vocals, and Ben Maile on the drums. All three band members are alumni of Covington Catholic High School in Northern Kentucky, and all three are former members of Rio and the Ramblers, a Cincinnati-based blues rock group out of Cincinnati that lasted from 2013-2014. During their time together as Ramblers, Torres, Maile, and Snyder honed their specific musical abilities, explored and learned from the blues genre, and shaped the dynamics that make The Borderline Something what it is today, a powerhouse three-piece rock n’ roll band.

Both Rhinegeist and Moerlein are releasing special batches to celebrate the opening of the streetcar to the public.

Interested to try these.

Quickly becoming a big fan of Warped Wing Brewing Company up in Dayton, OH.

Have only had 4 of their beers thus far, but all four have been excellent. Really hope they're able to enter KY soon.

Anyone else tried the Braxton Brewing "Storm" Golden Cream Ale? Not bad. Better than I thought it would be. They are out of Covington, KY.

Deadblow Starter is one of my favorite beers.

Storm is just alright IMO. I like their Crank Shaft IPA, as well as a few of their other offerings quite a bit more though.

Anyone ever had any of 5 Rabbit's stuff?

They're based out of Chicago, but available down here at a lot of places. I've had 3 or 4 of their offerings thus far. They have an interesting spin on your typical styles. Really solid IMO.

Any of you Northern KY folks had brews from Hoof Hearted? They are absolutely killing it. Juicy, fruity, awesome IPA's.

They're on my list of ones to get my hands on. Have heard nothing but good things.

Next time you're up this way you need to try Warped Wing. Really solid IPA's IMO.

Thought this was an interesting article

Is the IPA Craze Finally Over?
