Moss with 32

Good for Moss and Boone County. But, as was said in another post, these 2 teams will probably meet again.

If you like exciting girls basketball tonights game was a must see. Sydney played well with 32 points, Jenna played as well with 19 points and a bunch of rebounds and blocks. Ryle should feel good about competing in this year's tournaments, they can beat anybody with their athletic ability. They need to shoot better than 35% from the field and horrendous free throw shooting.

 

Not to take anything away from the game but there was an incident with Boone's coach going on the floor after a Ryle player that the referees chose to ignore. Woody Hayes lost his career for going after an opposing player and Boone's coach doesn't even merit a technical foul? She should of been tossed out of the game. I know any player would have been if they would have done the same thing.

Her and Mr. Dawn both are generally always given a kind ear or a blind eye.

It was unbelievable!

Wife and I went and were treated to a great basketball game. Always relaxing to watch a great game without a dog in the fight. It still amazes me to see how many opposing players throughout NKY show up for games and cheer on players and friends from other teams. SK, Conner, Cooper, Dixie, and many more all had players there watching the game. Good time and good game! :dancingpa

Standing right above it I would say this is an extreme exageration. The ref's were very confused and the call unclear. I do have pictures of the Boone girl sitting on the floor and Nell speaking with the officials but at no time did I see Nell approach an opposing player.

I went back and looked at my Moss scoring pictures and quit counting after 11, here are a few. All very close to the basket off of a powerful drive.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Crittenden has the sweetest reverse direction jump shot I have seen this season.

 

 

 

 

 

Best high school game I've been to this year when you take into account quality of teams, atmosphere, intensity, and effort.

I must admit I was being critical of Boone's #30 for shying away from open 3's and darn if she didn't nail two late in the game that were just huge.

 

 

 

 

Tonite was my first time ever seeing the Moss girl play. Obviously, she's talented and strong and dominates the inside plus she has a sweet stroke from the foul line. Dominant.

 

However, if you made me pick one player that you can project her game to the college level I'll take Crittendon. Very impressive all-around game.
