All turf should be green, but then again all playing surfaces should be grass!

 

I think sports turf is the best surface that we've ever had.

Turf is already installed. They went with green, but going to install a Blue rubberize track around it. My son tells me that Boise offered LWC some cash to not install Blue, and they jumped on it.

Did you read the part where the author thought that it was only a matter of time before someone put in a black field? Outside of Anchorage, (or in a dome) I can't think of too many places that a black field would be a smart idea. Temperatures would be ugly hot on that!!

I would hope, if nobody else, the photographers who cover whatever team considers something so stupid would politely inform them that they just effectively ended their chances at having night games covered by the press. There is no place that it would be a good idea.

So if Boise State did give money for them to not use blue at LWC, will ever college installing turf now say blue to get paid?

Yet, NFL players prefer natural grass fields over Field Turf by a wide margin. However, given the problems they had this year after the U-2 concert, I would prefer turf at RayJay.
