Obama can have his, but more people are believing he cannot or will not fight the terrorists for whatever reason. .

They are? I haven't seen such a finding.

That's OK. This is apparent bastion of personal freedom is the one who said a woman shouldn't head the KHSAA because she couldn't be a linebacker.

 :clap::clap::clap: Oh, the irony, huh?

By bashing the court in front of the entire country. He may thought it was a sutle hint, but it was clear of his intent.

I'm still looking for an answer to my question regarding how he violated the separation of powers.

I do find it humorous that many who believed the gentleman from South Carolina was well within his rights to call the President of the United States a "liar" are now miffed that the same POTUS expressed a difference of opinion with the SCOTUS. Suddenly, decorum is back in fashion , I guess.

While I agree that Wilson spoke the truth about Obama, it was out of place.

Alito was more accurate and truthful with two words than Obama was in his entire speech.

Obviously, Justice Alito disagreed with the President. However, that means he also disagreed with some of his fellow justices who expressed the same concern that the President did. So, it seems to be up for debate as to who is right/telling the truth.

Does anyone know if a President has dumped on the Court as he did last night in the State of the Union Address? While he may not have liked their decision on campaign donations, it is though he wishes to forget about the seperation of powers. Work on new law that might pass muster, do not diss another branch of government in front of the entire country. Obama likes to take cheap shots at people or groups in this manner. He couches his words in double-speak, like his jab at Bush for dividing the country by actually going after the bad guys. Unlike Obama who wants to sit around the camp fire and roast marshmellows with our enemies thinking they then will like us.

I think he said nothing about doing away with SOP, he even paid deference, but part of the checks and balances is if you believe something is wrong that one of the branches does, then you check it with your actions. If you are so fired up about the SOP then the court should not have overturned a congressional law. President Obama just disagreed, he did not say he was goint to stack the court or add more justices. Sheeesh.

You got a link to this second part?

He showed his true intentions last night. Him and his cronies are going after anyone that stands against them, and they are going to try to embarrass or shame them.

You have got to be kidding me. Who is he going after?

Obama has only one talent, a con artist. A hero to the dumbed down, brainwashed younger generation. I fear big trouble for our country. Soon the common sense americans will clash with the brainwashed and it will get ugly and possibly violent. Real freedom loving Americans are beyond fed up. Very sad.

I am a freedom loving American and I am not fed up. I trust Obama more with Patriot Act than I do Cheney. That was an attack on American freedom.

So no foreign money will come into campaigns? Really, and why not?

He wants to give the Taliban a jobs program along with the Britsh. That may get a few to quit fighting, but the hard-core Taliban will only quit when most of the are dead. Evil is not bought off, it ceases when it is defeated.

While there may have been some wire-taps that were outside the bounds of the act, no one has been arrested and gone to jail unfairly.

So, you're saying that terrorism cannot be defeated except by death? Terrorism will likely never be defeated. But the reasons may people choose to become terrorists can be eradicated. Poverty, lack of education, and generally, lack of hope and the ability to be manipulated by people with evil intent keep an endless supply of people willing to die for a cause. Give these same people an alternative and it WILL make a difference. You cannot kill every terrorist. You can't completely erase terrorism. It's a lofty goal, but it's impossible.

I am a freedom loving American and I am not fed up. I trust Obama more with Patriot Act than I do Cheney. That was an attack on American freedom.

Since it was an attack on American freedom, what has Obama done with it to make you trust him more? Or do you just trust him more to lead this attack on American freedom?
