January 27, 201016 yr I'll be at Dickman's from 6-7 tonight talking some college basketball... I won't get there until 10:00 or so. I'll be the guy breathing hard after a night of friendly hoops with some fellow old guys.
January 27, 201016 yr My night there is generally on Tuesdays or UK games. Tuesday is trivia night. I'm a Monday night guy in the summer. Love the ladies volleyball league! I do the hoagies a lot too, but not tonight--it's wings time!
January 27, 201016 yr I just had a few people tell me how bad Hoggy's wings are. Different strokes....

January 28, 201016 yr Author Different strokes.... I think they may have gone on the "All you can eat night." If it makes a difference.
January 28, 201016 yr I'm a Monday night guy in the summer. Love the ladies volleyball league! I do the hoagies a lot too, but not tonight--it's wings time! Dickman's steak hoagies are really good. Hard to get away from them. But, next time I'm in, I'll have to give the wings a try.
January 28, 201016 yr Last night was my first time at Dickman's (which is odd since I live just up the hill from them). Had the mild wings, I have to say they are some of the better wings I have tasted.
January 28, 201016 yr I'm kind of partial to the all you can eat wings at Hooters on Wednesday nights. $10.99 and the wings are well worth it. Not those small things that you get at Bdubs. I had their boneless wings the other night though and I was very disappointed. I definetly wouldn't recommend them to anyone. As far as places without all you can eat wings...I've always thought Applebee's had some pretty good wings. I usually get their bbq boneless wings during happy hour. Willie's sports bar in Covington also has some pretty good wings. Was down there for the UK game against SC and had some with the Mrs. I've heard Buffalo Bob's in Union has some good wings as well. Anyone ever been there?
January 28, 201016 yr BTW, there's a Quaker Steak and Lube up off of Colerain Avenue too. Take 75 N to 74 W then veer right on to 275 (toward Dayton I believe) and go right off the Colerain exit...can't miss it from the highway.
January 28, 201016 yr I did the Honey Jalapeño wings last night at Dickmanns. Pretty good stuff! They were a little wet but had a nice kick to them. They were crispy too which is a bonus.

Anyone ever been there? I get the Hooters wings naked=no batter. I find them to be typically smaller the Bdubs. We had a function down Hooters on the river one night and we had about 10 drum sticks that were no larger than my thumb! I actually complained and they sent us some freebies.
