This year's Coach of the Year award notwithstanding, what NFL/MLB city has the worst head coach/manager tandem in pro sports. The Bengals won this year despite Lewis IMO. Baker has also won awards, but I just find myself wholly unimpressed with his game management skills. Hence, I think you have to put Cincy near the top in coach/manager ineptitude with Lewis and Baker. It bothers me to say this because I am a big fan of both the Bengals and the Reds.

What city's NFL/MLB coaching tandem would you rank as the worst?

NFL Coach of the Year... Yep.

Hey--you're the one that used his NFL Coach of the Year award to try and say he was a good coach. I just wanted to point out that several other crappy coaches had good years and won the award just like Marvin.

3 time coach of the year Don Nelson? 1 of 4 active coaches with 1000+ wins and one of the top 10 greatest coaches ever? That Don Nelson?

As Janet Jackson once said, What have you done for me lately?

Well to mix the arguments... NFL Coach of the Year last week

Well if we are talking about last year...

Washington - Jim Zorn & Whatever guy manages the Nationals

I thought about that too but then remembered Flip Saunders coaches the Bullets.

Good point, even though the Wizards are terrible, Saunders is solid.

Washington has three awful sports teams.

If Rick Carlisle wasnt with the Mavs, I'd be tempted to list Dallas with Phillips and Ron Washiington
