This game could go either way. I will say Newport by 2

I guess we will see how good Newports new transfer is against a tough Boone team.

Not sure about Earls owning the paint, should be a good game thou. Gabbard is going to be a tuff task. This game is a toss up to me.

I like Boone but it wouldn't surprise me to see Newport win the game.

 

Foster v Gabbard and Cotton v Luther are well worth the price of admission in this one.

I like Newport in this one. They get the big 6'6 kid who I hear was throwing down sick dunks at fall pep rallys. He will be a force in the paint and free up McDaniel and Luther to score.

Newport is a up and down team especially against real good teams. I dont know about the transfer pushing them over the top or how much he will play. He has only been practicing for a few days but he will add much needed depth.

I say Boone frustrates Newport by slowing the tempo and playing a half court game. I'll take the Rebels by 5, 59-54.

In Newport???? I will take the wildcats by 5... Should be a good game...

I am going have to take the Wlidcats to bounce back with the win.
