Exactly skilld-kid. Seems like all state team is becoming more political and a who you know type thing. Seen a lot of good teams and kids this year not on the list. Teams and kids that went deep into the playoffs and even title games. I'm thinking if you got 1 or lets say 2 all staters on your team you may win more then 2-3 games a season. Happy for the ones who made the list. Taking nothing away from them. For those who didn't thats just more motivation and fuel to the fire.

If you look at the list, that seems to be par for the course. If you have 2 "quality" kids and some average ones to go with them then clearly (based on the number of kids from single teams on the list) you can make a deep run, or win double didgit games. If you have 2 all-state kids, that means they are game changer type kids...take the game over type kids, and that should equal some "quality" wins, or so it seems by the all-state list. Just my observation.

Good to see James Phillips atleast mentioned, A season filled with injuries keeps him from the 1st or 2nd team....I'm sure proud of him
