November 28, 200916 yr As I read these many things to be thankful, I feel very humble to be among such wonderful examples of good people. I am thankful for my husband, for 10 years I had an abusive husband and lost 4 children. I met my wonderful husband at Morehead and we have been together for 21 years and counting. I am thankful that we are still fighting the cancer that has invaded his bladder and seems to want to stay there. We will be at OSU again on Dec. 9th for surgery. I am thankful for my 2 beautiful boys and their young outlook on life and college. They have allowed me to be involved with their fraternity (Sigma Phi Epsilon) and I love every minute of it. I am thankful for my daughter - even though -we are not getting a long right now, I just hope she knows that life could be a lot worse for her. She and her husband of 12 years are divorcing. I am thankful for my granddaughter and for the father of my grandchild, he is a good man that we love a lot. I am thankful for my job of 21 years of teaching students. I am thankful for my "adopted" family from Greenup County. I have so many friends and they have taken in this displaced girl from Floyd County. I am thankful for the Boy Scouts of America. I love this program and I am very happy to be a leader and am able to work with these young men. Finally and not last, I am thankful for my God and my country. If it wasn't for God, I would not have anything. :thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:
