strongopenyon
Now that you mention that, I saw him. He walked past me in the endzone with Cris and Holly Collinsworth. He had the red Stanford jacket on! Wow... I thought he was recruiting AC for Stanford. Hmmmm... Thanks Straight! I would guess he was at the Highlands/Ryle game to solidify the Cardinal recruitment of Tate Nichols.
StraightShooter
I would guess he was at the Highlands/Ryle game to solidify the Cardinal recruitment of Tate Nichols. Probably to do several things: 1)Continue to recruit AC 2)Solidify position with Tate 3)Look at other promising players. Impressive that he would be at that game IMO. NEERFAN
I don't follow WKU football, but wasn't he the QB when the Toppers won the title?
DragonFire
I don't follow WKU football, but wasn't he the QB when the Toppers won the title? No. He had graduated several years prior. He was co-offensive coordinator of the 2002 championship team.
TheLegends64
Does anyone think it's strange to name a new head coach, when the old head coach still has not one but two games left in the season?

RockPride
Do you have any desire to get into college coaching? Could this be a good opportunity for you if you do? I certainly have the desire....but at this point, I am not sure I could afford it, at the WKU level....we have our third child on the way right now.....I think it would be extremely difficult....either way, I'm sure Willie and I will have some fun conversation in the near future.
