Clyde......If your headed up when I am you can watch Kentucky vs UCONN like me and wifes family are doing. Tough ticket to get, but were pretty excited about seeing the Cats play in Madison Square Garden that Wednesday Night.

I didn't know you got married. Congrats.

Can you "hang" with your father-in-law and his brothers?

HAHA!!!

Yup, got married a year ago in October. I do my best, but thats pretty much impossible to do with that clan.

A tour of the new Yankee stadium would be very cool.

I'm actually on my way there right now. I'll let you know if we find anything cool that someone hasn't mentioned. I love NYC, but I'm more of a Chicago guy myself, I don't know.

Katz's Deli. Do not pass on that absolutely unreal pastrami. That was as content as I've ever been while eating a sandwich.

I've been a dozen times, I'm not a fan of that city. That being said, try Cafe Wha? 115 MacDougal St, New York, NY in Soho for a late night drink. They often feature some great bands. The Stage Deli is a great place for lunch and be sure to carry out a slice of cheese cake for a late evening snack.

I hope I was somewhat helpful.

Two suggestions on eats:

Spark's Steakouse: One of New York's better steakhouses. Also the same place where Paul Castellano was shot dead in a hit by John Gotti and Sammy the Bull. Sparks is what you think of when you think of what a New York Mom restaurant should look/taste like.

Pommes Frites: This is a french fry place in the village. Think dive hole in the wall with the best fries you have ever had. They have a bunch of different sauces they top their fries with.

Something no one has mentioned is the NBC tour. The tickets are timed, but being an SNL fan I really enjoyed it.

If you have an iphone and have the Yelp application, I find it to be a great tool.

Check out some of the small diners that are around. They are everywhere. My wife and I tried to hit as many of them around town as we could and were never dissapointed. There are some very very nice places in Manhattan for dinners, check the prices before you go. It really just depends on what you are looking for for food. They really have EVERYTHING! I really enjoyed Rays Pizza for a quick slice.

:thumb: Myself and 3 friends are going to that game. I can't wait. Hope to get to see a lot of NYC during my short stay.

Absolutely. I'll be printing the list off and taking it with me.
