December 8, 201114 yr Went to Mad Mike's again recently . Very, very good. The best fries I've had in quite a while. There are plans for a second location. TBD. Ate there last Friday. Great Shroom Burger! I agree about the fries. Burger and fries are greasy, a wonderful, spectacular kind of greasy!

May 9, 201214 yr Clyde, did you ever make it to Laha's in Hodgenville? Thanks to FKW for this outstanding recommendation. The entire square is cool. Laha's burgers are small but very, very tasty and cooked on a grill that's probably 50 years old. 6 seats at the counter. Sat with some old-timers. Great vibe. Get the onions on the burger. Well worth the 10 mile drive off of 65 on my way to Nashville.
