Final.

Mason Co had alot of players that scored.

Congrats to the Royals!

One step closer.

Josh Harris with a 51-yard TD, a 61-yard TD, a 2-yard TD and an interception return for a TD in the first half. Malcolm Jones with a 71-yard rushing TD and a long TD reception on a screen pass; Brad Lang with a rushing TD, Akeem Jackson (I think) and McFarland (3rd string QB) with about a 48-yard TD. East Ridge scored on a kickoff return on the final play of the game.

Congrats to the Royals; competition gets a lot tougher next Friday.

Didn't think East Ridge was going to show up, I think they came out of the lockers with 5 minutes to go before kick off. What are the rules for forfeit on this if a team bus takes wrong directions and gets lost, etc. and doesn't make kick off time, do you just wait or what? Not saying that it mattered score-wise, but to get off a bus after that long of a ride and just take the field and play without warming up,etc. has to be hard. Any comments?

To quote Coach Buchanan, “In being fair and honest though, we were just substantially more talented than they were. That’s just the reality of it.” It showed. The difference was obvious.

:thumb:Great job Mason. Next week should prove to be a little tougher.

You are wrong about this. East Ridge let at 12:30 and arrived in Maysville a little after 4 pm and ate at Ponderosa and was at the field and dressed when I arrived at 5:45. I believe they warmed up on the practice field and was there in plenty of time.
