Do we still have a BGP group?

Yeah, but I am not sure how often people check it.

Does everyone universally hate the new Facebook "improvements?"

On my Facebook I talk about the Bible/Bama/Yankees probaby too much, but like others have said I can be your friend, you can also see Mamas pic who I think is a cutie. I'm not a cutie.

Go to the left hand side... click more... then drag "Status Updates" to the top and it will be back to normal.

I always laugh at everyone being so upset about changes on Facebook. I usually am confused for a few minutes, then adapt pretty quickly. But some people get really up in arms about it. I find that hilarious.

Why? It's annoying as heck. what's so hilarious about something being a bad idea? :idunno:

I guess because I don't find it annoying at all. And, as upset as people get, you'd think that it was a life or death thing.

To some it probably is.
I feel you. I make fun of any of my friends I see playing goofy facebook games.

But every week I find another closet Farmville player so there must be something to it.

The night before my fantasy football draft a friend of mine came up to stay with me. As soon as he walked in he asked to see my laptop so he could "harvest some crops". I just gave him a blank stare (and directed him towards the library for RM) as he would be the last person I could see becoming a Farmville junkie.

Facebook is awesome. I have reconnected with MANY old friends from high school, college, etc.

Never played farmville and I don't intend on doing so.

You and me both!

I've recently found several of my grade school buddies, including the girl who became my best friend, first day of school. It was funny, because when we connected, she sent me a PM that mentioned the circumstance that led us to be friends, which I have always thought was only cherished by me, and would have long been forgotten by her. It was pretty cool!

I'll have you know, the paramedics just left!

:irked:

I am addicted also - is there a 12 Step Program for it - oh, well. I play Sorority Life on there but sometimes it makes me mad when former students "attack" or "smack" me. I'm trying to stay away from all the other games - and I'm getting really bored with Sorority Life.

The best part of facebook is meeting old friends again.
