No shave November

Featured Replies

...really screwed me. I knew I wouldn't make it very long but I tried and already gave in to shaving, mainly because I look like an idiot with a beard. Now my face and neck itch like heck. :irked:

Anyone else participating?

Must be a UK thing, never heard of it. Are you protesting some letdown within UK athletics by not shaving?

It was a facebook thing that I got.

I'm not cutting my hair til UK loses.

So you're going bald?

My job will not allow it. Oh well.

It is not a UK thing, it is a Covington Catholic thing.

I shaved last night (after using Halloween as my excuse for not shaving for like 3 weeks), but I did no-shave November last year.

No letting it grow very long. If they lose back to the normal cut.

I was going to do the same thing for Ohio State, but only when they play MAC & WAC teams. :D

 C'mon now. You don't really believe it's a CovCath thing do you?

I would have done it if I would have heard about it. I like a little bit of stubble, but that's because I'm lazy.

I like the idea of not shaving for a month. I am doing it and when my boss tells me to shave I'll tell him its no shave November .

What about when Mr. R comes in the store and says to shave?

It's the only place where I've heard of people doing it every year.

Obviously CCH didn't invent it; however, I'd be willing to bet that their student population has some of the strongest & most loyal supporters of No-Shave November.
