Last year, IIRC, Holmes was seriously depleted at this point in the year.

Well let me see 3 years ago Dixies Freshman team had a great record and the next year the JV was another great record. Every one said after last year was a rebuilding year that they was going to be the team of northern kentucky this year well?. They will have a hard time against Holmes but I believe they have a lot of good players,but some are hurt and you cant depend on the coaching to pull them thru cause its not the best in nky and its going to come from the players heart to pull it out. Holmes hasn't really played a challenging team yet, and lost 45-0 to Dixie last year....but Holmes is on the hot streak and I think has more purpose in this game so we'll see what happens.

 

Oh and for my prediction I'm not too sure, it could be really close or it could be a blow out from Dixie. So the way the tables tilt I'm going to vote for Dixie but I have no idea what the score will be.

You are so right....tackling, although one of the basic skills in football is, imo, one of the hardest things to correct. Definitely doesn't happen overnight, or even in a week or two if you ask me.

In deed it was, Dixie was making a late push, Holmes appeared to be tired and Dixie was right back in the game and then Antwan struck big on a huge kickoff. It may have been the first one that season without a flag down too lol.

Dixie has already played in one mud bowl at Scott already.

 

If Dixie can hit Holmes hard off the bat, and keep hitting them hard, Dixie will win. If they let Holmes scramble all night, it will be tough to contain them....Hope the Dixie boys don't think this is a cake walk because Holmes has been playing lesser teams while Dixie has lost to some good 6A teams and Highlands. Dixie is ready to take their frustration out on somebody.
