Me too. I have seen many Freshman QB's come through the system and this kid hands down to me the most calm and collective player at that position that I have seen. He is smooth and has a pretty good arm!!!! It is going to fun watching this kid play the next 4 years. Then after that you will have Beau Hoge who has been working with Jared Lorenzen a couple nights a week coming through. It is going to be a fun ride!!!!

 

You’re obviously a huge fan of the freshman QB. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a freshman QB touted so highly as the young man currently playing the position for Highlands. I’m sure you’re closer to the program than I am but quite honestly after what I saw on Saturday from the JV QB I can’t imagine there being a QB controversy at Highlands next year. This young man has size 6’4 or better and a very strong and accurate arm. He to was very poised, but I don’t think played the position last year. Anyway just an observation.

Got to agree with you. Towles has looked very good in JV ball. We'll worry about who will be the qb next year for next year. Any talk about that now is not only premature, it's flat out silly. Not that such has ever stopped Highlands fans in the past. :isurrender:

Then after that you will have Beau Hoge who has been working with a former professional QB a couple nights a week. It is going to be a fun ride!!!!

All c'mon. It's all fun and games. Isn't it? Shouldn't all programs be so blessed to have multiple QB's and that being a problem. I'm sure Dale and Co. aren't complaining. I would pretty much say they are licking their chops. I know, I know, they are worrying about this year and they should. But why would Dale be sooooo involved at the Freshman and JV levels when it comes to coaching if he isn't maybe a slight bit interested in seeing who he has coming up.

 

And what better place for him to read about it than on BGP! All us crazy HHS folk are like the twelve man for him. Eyes and ears baby! Well at least some people he pays attention too!

Perhaps that is the reason why our practice area is the size of a closet up at Rossford (inside joke). I think it is great that those professionals give up their time to build the program.
