August 28, 200917 yr While not the usual choice for a young woman to have, I do find it interesting. Any idea of the reasoning behind it? Since she was a first born her father has always treated her like a son .He takes her hunting and she has a couple of deer heads in her room . She was on her High school school marksmanship team and was their best shot . Her fiancee at the time got two revolvers tattooed on his lower back the same day . They are not afianced anymore .

Nice story. One thing I try to make sure of when getting a new piece of artwork is that it has meaning behind it. As I have mentioned before, I love tattoos and have 16 of them so far. Each one has a special meaning behind it, either marking an important time in my life, or something that's dear to me. That way, later on in life, it will be less likely that I will go throught the whole "What was I thinking" phase.

August 28, 200917 yr Another niece has the Cross of Lorraine tattooed on her upper back . It was her grandfathers Division Patch (79th) during WWII . My daughter has a rose tattoed on her lower back in honor of my mother ( her grandmother Rose ) she got it when all of the players on the TMC volleyball team and a few boy friends went en-mass to a tattoo parlor in Lawerenceburg In. . All of the girls got one thing or another . She said that all of the men backed out .

Have a couple good ideas for ones I would like but just can't bring myself to do it. I guess you don't put a bumper sticker on a Ferrari.

I used to hate the idea of it, but lately I've been thinking about getting one. I have no idea what changed my opinion of tattoos, but I might just have to get one. Now, what do I get?
