Beechwood and Dixie kickoff Saturday's games in the Skyline Crosstown Showdown at UC's Nippert Stadium. This should be a very interesting matchup. Dixie is surely looking for revenge after losing to Beechwood the last couple of years. Two very good pass/throw combo QB's face off in Rigdon vs. Ryan. So what are your thoughts?

Yes the Beechwood vs Dixie at noon and Simon Kenton vs NewCath at 2:45 p.m. JD

I think this will be a close game with Dixie coming out on top. I think Beechwood is still pretty banged up right now.

I like Dixie in a close one. I don't think Beechwood is going to be as strong as usual..I know they have alot of new kids upfront..JMO

Yes.

I keep hearing Beechwood is down this year. Keep in mind a down year at Beechwood is still a good year in most programs. This game will tell a lot about where both teams are. I look for a close game with Dixie coming out on top.

Might not be the last time, but they lost to Garrard County in 1995 at the Constitution Bowl in Danville, 22-20.
