August 23, 200917 yr I went and watched this Friday night and loved it, it's a heck of a movie and amazingly enough, Brad Pitt delivers an awesome performance. He's my front-runner for Best Actor at this point and it's the best acting job since Daniel Day-Lewis in There Will Be Blood.

It was very funny, but there are some things that don't need to be made light of, and histories that don't need to be changed. I didn't expect Tarantino to do anything less, and I am actually a pretty big fan of his but 60 million dead people would be upset about this film.

Some people are just dumb and ignorant and could take this movie as truth which would be upsetting. If they are truly that dumb and ignorant than this movie won't have any effect on them at all. What about JFK? Much of it was made up as well. This one doesn't even pretend to be historically accurate like Stone did. How about Rember the Titans? Everyone seems to love that movie and it wasn't anywhere close to what really happened but Disney played it off as the truth. Tarantino doesn't even pretend that his movie is anything like what really happened. Anyone that really believe that IB was the way things really went probably believes that their toaster will actually transform into a deceptacon and rip their face off if they put the setting to high. Take it for what it is......a fictional story with interesting dialogue and brilliant acting.
