Like 16thbball fan stated these kids have jerked your chain and laughing at how most of the 16th region have hung on their every movement. 11. It is my understanding that coaches, players, and parents from many area schools have contacted Rose Hill kids or their immediate families in order to get them to transfer. At this point only one has be successful. But please don't let the facts get in the way of an unbelievable thread. And why did two of them walk into a certain classroom during school hours to get permission to join the football team when their transfer is complete? Seems even Ashton Kutcher would not go to these lengths to create a "prank" Oh wait I see the TV cameras are we being Punk'd? LOL So, by the highlighted, you're telling me that those kids went into Raceland during school hours to ask if they'd be able to play football? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Jacque Strappe Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Then followed Ashton Kutcher, or Dick Clark & Ed McMahon I get my Celebrities mixed up. Well Ed's dead. So, answer the question, did they go into Raceland and do that? IF so, did you see this? Or is this yet another really thin grapevine?
gold sunrise Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Just hope the kids are not hurt in all of this.

ladiesbballcoach Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Just hope the kids are not hurt in all of this. Unfortunately, many times when adults get involved in kids' sports it is the kids' that get hurt the most.
hokiefromky Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Per the Daily Independent, Mike Terry and Kayla Day have been enrolled at Fairview. http://www.dailyindependent.com/columns/local_story_225221603.html?keyword=secondarystory
TruBlu Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Well, I just received a message from a student at Blazer that both Corey Gregg and Kyle Bush are being given a tour of Paul Blazer, as I type. Interesting that either would even consider Blazer since so many Rose Hill Basketball supporters are more than critical of Ashland on this forum. Only time will tell.

TruBlu Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Don't know about the football team but they are being escorted around by an assitant principal and Ryan Whetsel's mother.
LRCW Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Don't know about the football team but they are being escorted around by an assitant principal and Ryan Whetsel's mother. I'll have to ask my cousin Brock about it. Is he the assistant principal you're talking about?
ladiesbballcoach Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Based on my experience with BGP and who is going where threads has anyone: 1) checked with local bankers 2) seen if they are interested in raising horses 3) have a 3rd cousin on mom's side who told you over pizza at a 4th cousin on your dad's house 4) scoured the local hotels and motels checking out rental cars and license plates.
Option V Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Okay humor me for a second or three... Set aside the "alleged investigation" for the time being. It is awful that we (humans) are so cynical. I think we should all be wishing the Terry family the best. It is not inconceivable that Mrs. Terry lost her job (which should be a private matter) and had to move. What is the jobless rate up to in the tri-state area/country? I see nothing wrong with the boys mentioned in prior threads touring other schools. We allow our children to preview colleges to pick the one they feel is best suited to match their needs and personalities. These boys know that they may have to sit a year and if they and their parents are willing to take that route more power to them. I think it is more reprehensible for parents to hold their children back so that they are awarded a starting position, able to mature a year more, be stronger, faster, or whatever the pathetic excuse may be. To the Rose Hill boys - keep looking and where ever your feet land I am sure you all will enjoy your new surroundings and excel both academically and athletically.
