June 12, 200917 yr ONCE AGAIN a GREAT second half and more! Pretty bad basketball I think. I have been disappointed with the level of play in this series.

June 12, 200917 yr You know, as I recall, in the Cavs series, Orlando hit like every single three pointer. They miss them all the time in this one. Wide open ones. The Lakers have defended them better. At times, LA gets lazy and you're right, Orlando has missed more open threes in Games 1, 2 and 4 than they did in the entire Cleveland series. At least it seems that way. My theory is this... Mike Brown was too stubborn to put LJ on Hedo or Lewis. So, going into every game, both of those guys knew that whoever defended them couldn't do it. They could get anything they wanted at almost any time they wanted it. It's all about the mindset. They were licking their chops to face Varejao and West/Williams. Against LA, they know whoever defends them is capable of making things tough on them. So, going in they know it will be tougher. And, if the Lakers defend a little, they can throw those guys off a little and frustrate them. That never happened in the Cleveland sereis. The Cavs never mixed it up and broke their rhythm. That doesn't account for all of it. Some is just luck.
