afi100guy Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 Congrats to the 14U Kentucky Elite for winning the Rising Freshman Adidas May Classic in Bloomington this weekend. Great team effort. These boys will be fun to watch over the next 4 years.
HOOPDR Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 Congrats 14U KY Elite. Wow! What a weekend. These kids put on a shooting clinic in Bloomington. People from all over the Midwest are talking about this team and their performance from this weekend. The Ky kids put up 128 points on Illinois Elite in their 1st game Saturday and averaged over 100 points a game on Saturday. In 4 games they knocked down around 50 3pointers. Very unselfish players and very poised.

Zollo's team was winning as of yesterday afternoon. Haven't heard who won. Vinny had a great weekend. Post moves really improving, and he is playing on a team that has 2, 7'0 players. Also heard the Guyn looked great too, his stock in the recruiting ranks are rising. I haven't heard anything on Euton.

Mason Monroe - Pendleton County Nate McGovney - Campbell County Blake Sanders - South Laurel Braxton McFarland - Dunbar Cameron Lewis - Eastern Isaiah Jones - New Albany (IN) Dontez Byrd - Ballard Derek Willis - Male Quin Richardson - Scott County Dylan Portwood - Scott County They are a very solid group and won this weekend with only 7 players present.
