May 19, 200917 yr Harrison may have other commitments. And doesn't want to break them. He may have a nap scheduled for that day. Not a big issue. If he doesn't want to go, he doesn't. I could care less if he does or not. The only reason presidents do this, is to get a free jersey. And to get more votes in that district. :sssh:
