April 10, 200917 yr This thread is pretty unnecessary to me in general, for what we all know these two guys could be nice well spoken kids, you can't judge a book by it's cover and that is exactly what you all are doing, who cares if they have a tattoo and wear a headband.

Who has said they are not? Look, I know we all like to pretend we are oblivious to certain haircuts, people's posture, tattoos, etc., but the fact is we live in a world that is driven by image a lot more than merit often times. Say we are interviewing two guys of equal credentials, but one of the guys comes in with hair down to his knees and a tattoo of a hawk on his forehead, that is a strike against that person, fair or not.

Its not even that he has tattoos.... its that he has a full color tattoo of a sagging clown wearing a straight jacket.
