The offense is good but I'm more interested in his defense.. It will have to be a lot better than it was at Memphis to win regularly in the SEC....

I haven't made it to that portion of his coaching yet. What type of defense is he known for?

After watching some video of the offense in action and researching it, I think there are a few players that will really struggle in it. A few like Meeks, Patterson and Miller have great potential in the system. This offense would provide Liggins the best opportunity to shine, IMO.

 

I expect a few players to be announcing that they're leaving.

Check out the points given up to non conference teams the last two years.. The Memphis D has been good but not great...

Memphis played great defense too!

I remember reading that article as well, it was an interesting and informative read. While the current Kentucky roster does not fit the type of player perfect for the Dribble Drive, hopefully he will recruit this type of player very soon. It produces a lot of excitement on offenses including oops and three point shots.
