Very good game from both sides. Its a shame someone had to lose.

Sad to see Elliot Co's dream team end, but Congrats to Holmes! Bring it back home to us!

That is the way that game should have been played. No excuses and nothing but pride for both teams in that game.

Great year for the folks from EC. I'm sure it will be one that will be talked about for quite a while. Story of the year for me.

Holmes just too athletic for the lions. Elliott left it all out there but just couldn't overcome the size and speed of Holmes. Great win Holmes! Great season Elliott. It's a shame this couldn't have been the finals because I don't think the finals are going to be much of a game.

KHSAA names Pittman player of the game. Come on people... when are you going to recognize Ricardo Johnson as THE MAN for Holmes! I am taking nothing from Pittman. He played great today but Holmes does not win that game without Rico Johnson.

Congrats to Holmes. Way to live up to your hype Bulldogs. Go bring home a state title and I hope coach Henley can get the win, he deserves it.

Coach Henley had a quote in this paper this morning talking about how the Bulldogs used to be the "Bulldogs without the D." Those days are gone.

Way to go Dawgs !!!! Sounds like the tourny teams should have paid more attention to the way the 9th region teams played against Holmes.
