Final round 1

Tolliver finishes with 19 after tallying two in the first half. Should be another tight one in the 2nd round.

Sounded like Lyndsay Figgins Started strong with Chelsea bringing it in the second half. Great team defense but no surprise to that. Waiting for stats.

Rest and be ready for the next round!

Defense!!!!!!!!!!unbelievable

Defense was great but it was ugly to watch. Dodged a bullet on foul troubles. Not usually the way SK does it. Great "D" off the bench when Ponzer / Tolliver went out while Smitty hung in to the very end with 4. FT's very big in this game. Great example for other coaches to impress the importance of FT's on their players. Very different type of team from those in the last month or so for Lady Pioneers! Hope the jitters are out after this 1st S16 victory!

BIG 8 SK  Friday 2:30 EST v. Casey County

PS: Tolliver shoule now be the All-Time Scoring leader for SK Male / Female :thumb:

You are right she is now thr true all time leading scorer boys or girls. She surpased Jeff Krohman tonight and now has 2190 and counting.

Wow, you just have to be happy for Lyndsey after going through 2 ACL reconstructions and then get to play in a state tourney. Great picture of her in the paper today.

Congratulations to the lady Pioneers! Good luck!:thumb:

Congrats to SK, keep it up for the 8th region!

Great win for SK but where were the fans? Both sides did not have many fans. There were hardly any students there for either team. I was very surprised to see how many people did not show up especially from SK a school with 1600 students. Any reason for the low number? If your team is at state you should be there to support them.
