District champs: Clay County, Manual, Boone County, Newport Central Catholic, & McCreary Central.

District runner-ups: Southern, Nelson County, Shelby County, & Male.

 

15 of 28 games Trinity played were against teams that have advanced to the final 64. If the Shamrocks can handle Moore, and Manual takes out Eastern, then Trinity could end up in the 7th Region Championship game.

I understand that is a lot of "ifs". Six months until the regular season football kickoff!

I have to agree with the other poster. Eastern has it easy. Manual is the red carpet to the 2nd round.

Manual just may find something at the right time of year to sneak themselves into the finals. No way they can beat Eastern, Moore/Trinity, and a Ballard or Jtown though.

That means they're stealing and dunking instead of shooting the 3!!

Also, one of only 7 private schools in the Commonwealth still alive joining Whitesville Trinity, NewCath, St. Henry, Bishop Brossart, St. Patrick and LexCath. I'm certain Scott County is shaking in their boots.:isurrender:

More importantly, I seriously doubt Eastern, Jtown, or Ballard are the least bit afraid that Trinity is still alive!

 

It takes thre good games and if Sewell, Little, and Epley play well Trinity will be a tough out!

That still will not be enough!

What a region!!! The region title in the 7th may be just as tough as winning a State title.
