Why does the 10th and 11th get 1 and the 12th get 2? I understand that the 10th and 11th use the same refs, but they still should have a ref from each IMO.

They rotate, next year we should have 2 representatives.

If being a good official is "pull" then yes, he has some.

Only shocker to me was the 8th region. I couldn't believe Coldiron was left out.

With the way the ratings are done right now, it's just simply a popularity contest and highly political. There has never really been a fair way to do the ratings of officials and I really don't know how they can change it to make it better, but there is something that definitely needs to be done, because it's all a big joke the way it's done right now! Congrats to all the guys who are going to the dance, make your regions proud!

That is why they use the coaches ratings 80% and the assignor's 20% to see who goes where, LRCW gets 0%!:thumb:

Congrats Uncle Tim. It'll be fun to watch you at Rupp again. I hope you make it to Saturday morning. Saturday night will hopefully be a scratch.

It looks like Billman should be doing college games next year. Two officials who have experience at the college level are not going to Rupp this year.

 

Nothing against Joe, he's a good official, just not tops in my opinion.
