The boys go to Lewis County for 7 on 7 tonight and will play several teams from the area.

 

The boys looked really good last night against Russell, Fairview, Boyd County, Lewis County and West Carter.

They beat Fairview and lost in OT to Russell, Boyd and Lewis.. So 1-3 but passing is not our game and the D is looking better and better each time out, right now they are thinking instead of reacting, once they start reacting in the new D, then watch out..

 

Overall, Coach Copley has told me he is impressed with our team and pleased with where we are and how well they are doing, especially the work ethic of the boys but he says we still got a long way to go, with us going to the Ville next week, that will really help us a lot...

LLOYD — New special education and physical education facilities are in the works for Greenup County High School.

 

Improvements will include special education classrooms for two programs, physical education classrooms and a new locker room.

 

New lighting for the football field also is planned.

This is great news and if it is planned on being done by the time school starts this will be great for this years football season. We have needed new lights and locker room for some time now. :clap:

The Locker room, lights and bleachers are all three seperate contracts to help expedite the process.
