Practice resumes today at Greenup County. The boys showed their true spirit yesterday at the funeral service for Zach. Dressed in their Jerseys they truly showed the "One Team, One Family" mentality that Coach Copley is developing. Long after the family and most friends had left the gravesite, the team stood there by Zach. I don't think any of them wanted to leave. This will be a tough day for them, and it will be tough on them for a long time to come. I am so proud of our young men.

7 on 7 scrimmage tonite at Russell. Coach Copley will be trying Jordon Hamilton and Cameron Crum out in the QB position. This will be a good opportunity to check out the Musketeers.

 

Also, we will have a short Booster meeting tonite at 6pm at the Field. Hope to see everyone at one or the other!

The website is sponsored by the Booster Club and designed by our President Joe Grubb. Most of it is still "under construction" but will feature videos and game excerpts once the season is underway.

Last night's 7 on 7 was canceled due to the weather. Hoping for better weather so we can play next week. For a complete schedule check out the calendar on the new web site.

Waiting on weather. Laying sod was to expensive. The company we contracted with will be laying down a mixed grass seed that should grow fast and be ready within three months.

 

Saw some birds and even geese eating seed for dinner the other day.:scared:

GCHS has 7 on 7 Tuesday at Fairview...

 

The boys are hitting the weights hard, they have two time frames, 10 - 12 or 5 - 7, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, they have to be at one of the time frames.

Does anybody know how the boys did at Fairview?
