That's good. I've never seen him play, but from everything I've heard he's going to be a good player for Raceland this year.

I think he will be, he is athletic and stronger then most would think. He surprised me at the weight meets in the off season.

 

It's just a matter of where he will play.

Glad to hear he's okay! They should know where he's going to play by mid next week I hope. It's getting down to crunch time!

27 hours left of team camp. Team scrimmaging and pads popping has been awesome the last 2 nights. I haven't been home before 10pm either night and I'm looking forward for tonight's team scrimmage.

Thankfully, they lifted weights until the rain passed. They went through practice in the gym. You gotta love full contact in the gym! Pads pop a lot louder!!!!!

I have to correct my last post. When I left last night, they were lifting weights. The coaches had said they were going to the gym but changed their minds and they went at it from 8:30 until 10pm outside. Sorry for the misinformation in my previous post.

Tomorrow night we get to have some pad popping entertainment. I can remember posting 160 days until "Meet The Rams" and now it is here!!!!!!! All Ram fans are encouraged to come see a preview of our boys.

They do some scrimmaging, drills, and go through the pre-game. There normally is some scrimmaging, but not a whole lot.

Team pictures are being taken as we speak. I can't wait to be on the field tonight watching pre-game and then watching some hitting. I am pretty sure we will have officials tonight, too. They'll be working on their game as well. They were there last year to work out the kinks in their yellow hankies.
