Just an update on the F.A.S.T program. They had the boys pushing a truck back & forth across the parking lot at Tri-State Rehab. They had some fun with that.

Fun? There's no fun in pre-season, it work, work, work. The only fun comes on Friday nights in the fall. That is when all those "Truck Pushes" pay off.

 

Raceland is putting a deposit on a great up coming season, and we will be waiting on the return on that investment.

Raceland is fortunate to have a group of committed boys and coaches who really want to work. They have seen this "investment" pay off in the past, which helps build confidence and commitment to the process. I believe we are just beginning to build that at Greenup. (but as they say, "If you build it they will come!")

Good luck to Greenup County in accomplishing that. If they are successful, it will only improve football, as a whole, in the area.

Now Ram, you know that getting to push trucks is not the norm for our boy's pre-season workouts. They actually liked the break in the monotony of the same ole same ole. That doesn't mean they weren't working hard. I think you may have had too much coffee and read too much into my post. I know what is expected of our boys and what they expect of themsves.:thumb:
