To hear you tell it, LCA is in danger of a losing season! I think the winner of our game goes 5-5 and the loser goes 4-6. We are much weaker than you, so my guess is we go 4-6 and you go 5-5 with the District 4 seed and we miss the playoffs in '09.:isurrender::popcorn:

I feel your pain Bluto, I personally don't look for Raceland to win over two games this season...........if that. We may have to cancel the football program all together and take up knitting or something.

Oldrambler, I think you are taking sandbagging to an all new level. I honestly thought I did a good job of predicting a losing season for us and missing the playoffs and LCA going 5-5 and being the 4 seed in our District. Yeah, you're right. I can't imagine how bad Ashland will be by August 28th. According to Graybeard, Raceland will probably be pre-season #1 in 6A and and favored by atleast 2 TD's!:laugh:

Man I love h.s. football and good natured jabs between friends :thumb::jump:. I pull for Graybeard and his Tomcats every game except for one, that one this year falls on Aug. 28th.

The players are working hard, I have seen that a lot of them have put on quit a bit of muscle and added some speed. It looks like many of the younger players have matured quit a bit in the off season.

 

Sidelinedoc, how did the Speed Training go? Did you see any improvement from that course?
