Did anyone attend? I heard it was a record crowd, 600+. Who won the awards?

I heard that the head freshman coach, Mike Wagner ,was made an honorary alumni

Tim Phillips and Ryan Krupp - Osting Award (split vote)

Mike Wagner - Honorary Alum

Tim Phillips and Cameron Smyth - Most Valuable Back

Brian Mattingly - Most Valuable OL

William Leach and Scott Radcliff - Most Valuable WR

Brock Messina - Most Valuable LB

DL and DB escape me... I think Brendan Kinsella and Mike Hogan

Jordan Whiting, Phil McCauley, Jordan Riley, and Sean Carrico - Captain Award

Anyone can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. I think I nodded off at some point in the five hour event so I may have missed something!

No, nothing like that.

What do you mean not free. Does the parents have to buy them for the players . (just wondering ).

The rings? Yes, the parents and/or players pay for them themselves.

Did they get them yet? I thought that maybe boosters would have paid for them.

Just ordered them today.

At the banquet the players get their letters and the JV/Varsity players got a championship patch and championship medals. Since the KHSAA only gives the winning teams 59 medals Trinity buys enough more to make sure every player, manager and coach gets one.
